The Empower Emerge project continues!
In 2025, we successfully trained 15 NEET young participants, who gained new experiences, tried various activities and strengthened their skills.
According to the project plan, in 2026 another group of 15 NEET young people will have the opportunity to join our programme.
Registration will start in April 2026.
🔹 Who can participate?
- Young people aged 15–29.
- Not in employment, education or training (NEET).
- Only from Elektrėnai and Trakai municipalities.
🔹 What will we do?
- Take part in practical workshops and teamwork activities.
- Complete psychometric tests and discuss the results with mentors.
- Strengthen self-confidence, responsibility and collaboration skills.
- Experience a variety of sports, creative and outdoor activities at our training base.
- Explore future career opportunities, personal strengths and goals.
